TOPIC: Question on use of Smokestick

The Smokestick token causes the entire room (effectively) to be covered in smoke, and attacks will only connect on a Critical, right?<br /><br />Do attacks which don't require a slide still work?<br />ie, A mage using a Scroll of Burning Hands, or casting Magic Missile (both automatic hits)... would he still hit the monster in a smoke-filled room?<br /><br />Just curious.

And if you use keen weapons, can you hit on 19 in a smoke-filled room?  Is that how it works?<br />

The answer to these deserves a FAQ entry, I am working on one now and will post it soon.<br />

BTW is the smoke magically contained?  <br /><br />Or is it just like a smoke bomb, and it will flow anywhere it can?<br /><br />I.E: The token says it fills a 10 ft cube, is that precisely 5ft x 5ft x 5ft from the head of the smoke stick, or is it just a total volume of smoke that free floats around. <br />
