Modest correction. Ring of focus does not effect scrolls (page 38 of the token guide) so it only adds 4 points of healing for the druid. But it is still very useful. I stopped wearing a +1 ring of protection to start using it.

Right. No scrolls and +4 for the Druid but +8(?) for the Cleric? And don't forget the additional damage that the Druid will do with Produce Flame. And once healing is used, give it to the Wizard and let him unload (with bonuses) in the Final Battle.
I still vote Mithral Chain, since I don't ever play any of the 3 classes that can use the ring.
Good point...Mithral Chain all the way!

Since I play with a set group every year, and I try really hard not to be a selfish rogue (oxymoron I know) I would probably take the Ring since it benefits the entire party given the choice.

You could always carry the Ring of Focus with you and load it to the Druid and Cleric that is healing you. ;) Honestly, this would have a greater benefit for any class in the Dungeon. The +1 AC is more "bling" value than any practical value for the non-tank classes.

I'll vote RoF - especially now that it adds +1 damage to Cleric TURN attempts!

I don't know, but if you have a spare Mithral, you might talk me into trading for my Ring of Focus. :) Anyone have a Longsword +2 to exchange for my RoF? :)
Someone else who proves my point :P.

Go with the mithril. You can get much better trade value out of it.

I play the Wizard most often (although playing the Barbarian ROCKED this year). Even then, I'm not a total stat guy, so I just want the Mithral - because it's Mithral chain. I don't really care that it has one extra point of AC. Sure, I'm not going to turn away the extra point of AC, but that's not the draw of this token for me.

JKW
