TOPIC: PuP package came!

In my bags I got a purple.   <br /><br />The funny thing was my son was helping me open the tokens, he found the purple token (Mithral Chainmail) and said "Great, I needed this one".  And took it.    <br /><br />So I got a purple but I didn't have it long.  <sigh>

Wow - this really is a lucky day!<br /><br />Moments after posting, the doorbell rang. It was a package delivery. Or rather, 2 packages! One from Pixie Stitch, and one from True Dungeon (the module).<br /><br />Yay!<br />Now I just have to wait patiently for another 2 weeks for my Pick-a-Purp order to arrive...

Woot!!! *cabbage patches* Did I mention my wife and I are taking an anniversary in Vegas in one week?? Hope my luck holds up there, Ill just pocket some of this luck that is hanging around today in excess .

<br />Were the shirts okay?<br />I haven't done alot of kids sized stuff so althought I went by pattern size I worry if it'll fit.

Ok home and all tokens sorted.. and on this day of luck wouldnt you know it. 00 pull. I got a Special ?. So those of you who turned one in and didnt get the bracers tell me what it netted you? I was shocked but there it was my own Special? purp. And anyone interested should PM me cause I may be interested in trading it to someone with a smooth shooting hand who will get the most value out of it.

<br /><br />Well, since they're a surprise, I haven't tried them on her yet but they look like they'll fit just fine!<br /><br />I really love the fabric for the light pink - it feels like a soft muslin. Definitely a good fabric pick, DD!

Awesome luck, Brimstoner!<br />This past year, if you missed the shot for the +2 Bracers, you still got a random purp.<br /><br />Next year it might not have anything to do with sliding skill, tho - the Special effect changes from year to year. (So far, it tends to be something good one year, and not so good the next)<br />But I'd be happy to trade for it, anyways

I wonder if Jeff is going to change that somewhat now that Special? is an ultrarare.  Some people might get really annoyed at the idea of an ultrarare leading to something bad.<br /><br />Kim

<br /><br />I didn't say 'something bad' just something 'not so good'.<br /><br />It has to vary, really. Otherwise people will expect each year's Special ? function to top the previous year's.<br /><br />
