TOPIC: What's Rarer: Ooze or Feather?

Our team of four pulled a total of 8 Stirge Spittle, 3 Mind Flayer Ooze, and only 2 Outsider Feathers. We used 5 stirge spittle for the 5 medallions we got. This left us with 3,3,2 of them.

I would guess also that the Director's Cut trip will offer another shot at these ingredients.

At the end I had (with contributions from the rest of my group after two runs) 3 Spittles, 5 Oozes and 2 Feathers ... traded one Ooze to Brian and so now I have 4 Oozes left ... been wanting to trade 2 of my Oozes for more Feathers coz they have more sentimental value to me ... but the MindFlayer was really sexy ... its' just that the Ooze seems kinda gross ... ooo ... and I have two actual physical real feathers that were used as props ...

hmmm...mind flayer was sexy and outsider feathers with sentimental value? {{Conjures forbidden image}} You were the angel for one of our runs and you WERE pretty pushy with that sword.

Me and my friends thought it would have been cooler to have an Illithid (Mindflayer) Tentacle instead of the Ooze.

As if that mind flayer wasn't phallic enough.

I believe the reason that the feathers seem short this year is that they were actually available in room 5 as a forshadowing that the outsider had passed through.  So to get a pull out of those boxes you had to defeat the giant or solve the armor puzzle correctly.<br /><br />Dave

Lets see.. out of three runs, I ended up with 5 Spittle, 1 Ooze, and 1 Feather. Considering that the Commando run fled both the Stirges and the Mindflayer... I dunno. <br /><br />I do know that my luck was horrible with real treasure.. even with a HoP I was watching people pull combo tokens while I got mostly greens.

If I had to guess I would say feathers were the rarest because very few groups solved the armor puzzle. 

I have a extra Stirge Spittle for a Feather if anyone needs it.

From my two runs, I received no ingredients at all. I must have really bad luck because my group only failed to get a pull from the Armor Puzzle room. So I was 0 for 5.
