Yes yes newbie here :)

When I am entering my xp do I click on 7 rooms? I did survive the dungeon. It just seems that there should be a finished the dungeon button :)

I received 1000 xp. I am hoping that that is correct!

If you made it to the 7th room then that is what you select. There is no extra XP for completing the room.
You either discover a star or you don't. You arrogant punk.
