Only issue I see is last year Jeff pre filled the runs through the forums. Might not be able to do that for on site sales.
Semper Gumby, Always flexible.

Sartre sits in in a coffee shop and asks for a coffee without cream. The barista apologizes “Sorry, we don't have any cream. Can I offer you a coffee without milk instead?”

Prefill the sold badges, have 2 unfilled runs for on site people?

Not sure I'd change the AG button/membership... but as in days of old with the Tavern... some cool thing to do, place to hang out??? ...? (Also is it me or could the whole of the TD Storyscape use more space?)

They say that the best weapon is the one you never have to use. I respectfully disagree. I prefer the weapon you only have to use once! Oh - and if you really need to think about whether you're going to use the fireball or the + umpty staff of butt-whooping - you're likely to find yourself full of arrows, or fangs, or nasty knives & swords and such. Don't think - just shoot!

AG badge provided with any on site 1k order.

Not really feasible due to logistical issues.

Who's Yer Con requires volunteers for the mini-adventure and for the Grind.

When filled out beforehand, Jeff knows exactly how many runs are necessary and when they are.

With on-site badges, the number of last minute additions is variable, which places an undue burden on the volunteers. Being told "hey we just got 40 last minute purchases so cancel the rest of your schedule cause you're gonna need to stick around for another 4 hours" probably does not make for happy volunteers.... B)

Maybe Jeff got intentionally slot in an extra empty run or two so there is excess capacity for people who buy tokens at Who's Yer Con, but it would have to be a limited and fixed number of possible slots.

Yeah, that was my thought, maybe slot 2 additional and offer limited quantity (20) on site badges
