TOPIC: True Dungeon at Who's Yer Con Sat @ 3:48 - FULL

Formed a group with Kirk but have a few more AG tokens to burn and a few friends wanted to do a run so I'm going to copy his recruit thread!


We will be running Nightmare mode. The only plan so far is to make sure we don't interfere with the Grind and normal runs Kirk is hosting.

Here is info on the run:

"Into the Belly of the Beast"
This full-size two-hour True Dungeon adventure takes place immediately after the events at the 2014 Gen Con event. The party has just been victorious inside the snake temple (either by defeating the Sand Beast or by opening the magical portal), and they must venture into subterranean world beneath the Viper's Pit!

This module will be made up of favorite rooms from TD's past, and it offers full treasure at its end. Up to 10 people can play together in each slot, and the adventures start every 12 minutes during a time period between 1-4pm and 6-9pm.

Do you know what time you're looking at? I'm assuming in the afternoon since we're in Kirk's group together. If so, I'd be interested in being one of your fighters or the barbarian since rogue is already taken. I'm working on getting one of Matt's extra AG tokens (I'll know tomorrow for sure).

Time slot has not been looked at yet.

Currently we are at 12 people wanting in so sadly there's not a spot I could offer you Josh

No worries, I don't have the AG token yet either - if I do get one, I'll find a group or just be part of a PUG. I'm still getting to play TD way before GenCon, and that's the important part!

OK, looks like I'll be purchasing this whole run this way we can be nearly assured that we will get the correct set of players in the time slot that we want.

Kolixela, can you get me the final list of players here or via PM?

As for the time slot, I can pick three preferences, and so not to conflict with the other run I'm doing with Arcanist Kolixela, I think we should pick the Saturday afternoon slots. The choices are 1PM, 2PM, and 3PM. How should I rank those three times in terms of preference?

Finally, regarding the AG tokens, if you have one you can mail them to me this week (PM me for my address). If you don't have one I have extras although since I paid a lot to get these I think it is reasonable for me to charge something for the token. I was selling them for $35/ea pretty successfully but I think the value is dropping as WYC approaches. I think $20-$25 is a reasonable price. So you could PayPal me $40 plus what you think is fair for the AG token instead of sending me one.

Oh, and let's talk about Synergy. I'll have a total of five Charms of Synergy with me. Hopefully somebody else in the party has some as well?

Likewise, I have a total of 10 Charms of Good Fortune and Charms of Avarice.

So assuming we have more Charms of Synergy around then each of us should plan to allocate two charm slots to these tokens (unless you don't like treasure and/or surviving .
