So plinko, takes 20GP to play and you win pulls based on the number you hit. The pulls are from my token box. I set the box to the same % of the starter pack from TD. In other words, 1 rare, 2 uncommons, 7 commons. and 1 in 1000 URs. I pull out common tokens a new player can't use like most gear and stuff, obviously no gold and its a bit light on 1 shot items.
The goal is to turn a players un-usable gold into usable tokens.
There are no 0s on the board so every play is a winner.
You're using common gold to play so the worst thing you'll get is another common, but you could get lucky and win 4 rares.
I designed it to give back to the community and to help new players out.
The vets come by to play it just because its fun. Its fun to see how lucky or unlucky you are.
If people come up with 1000s of gold I usually indicate that they might be better off trading with one of the traders to get specifically what they want.
I often get asked if people can use something other than Gold and I indicate anything that has a gold piece value will do but nothing else.
Plinko isn't there to token trade, its there to fill a need and have fun, so I point all those interested in trading to the traders that are set up.
Hope that answers your questions.
