I got "+2 HP" ... it was actually one of the top 3 cards I was hoping for!

You have to keep in mind, tho.. we were all Level 3 characters at the time. The Rogue's Max HP was 14!

No clue. Those didn't exist back then.

I suspect (if that player is still doing TD) that s/he would be allowed UR+

I do know the "Balance" card (You may not play X classes, but play any other at +1 level) was written as "Play at level 4" and that has been updated to "Play at 5th level."
