3.) I will no longer be holding shipping for combined shipping unless the buyer purchases insurance.
4.) I will no longer be holding preorder auctions for future years to avoid any holiday shipping issues.

My biggest concern is I want to ensure I'm able to provide the level or service that the community deserves from a store, and I'm finding that very difficult these past months due to work and life commitments. The same level of service you would receive from your local gaming store or Trent/Kirk/et al, however as I can not give this a full-time commitment, I can't guarantee that service level you should expect.

Thank you all for your continued support this year and I apologies again for any bad experiences that the community has had with my offerings. I hope everyone had a great Holiday and have a Happy New Year come Sunday!


Matt, I totally understand work and life taking priority over tokens. I've only had great experiences buying tokens from you.

Perhaps you could do combined shipping and/or sponsored auctions if the other party agrees to pay for registered and fully insured USPS mail? Although that does take more time and effort to do, which would take time from life and work commitments.

Sorry to hear things didn't work so great, Matt. I've always had great luck working with you and appreciate all that you've done for the TD community so far. Wish you and the rest of the token collectors a Happy New Year as well.
