Looks nice. Very minor but I would add the wood border that is at the top on the bottom.

I'd be tempted to make room for a small map of the location. It's a LONG way from the old location (unlike just across the street with the Marriott to ICC move, and the casual players could be in real trouble if they're clueless. Of course, you could consider finding the location as the first test - and for the first time, players may die BEFORE the coaching room.

It looks great.
Here's my critique if it's helpful; The text does not seem cohesive, and I'm not a fan of the yellow. There are some small templating things that personally I'd move around. And I'm not a fan of the flames on the left not matching the magic flames of the right, or that the ones on the left break the title bar. I hope you and your artist don't mind that I took you img and mocked up my suggestions (picture says a thousand words). I also wouldn't mind a map on the ad, but I didn't mock it up. If you like any of it, I can pass on the specific details I changed.

Also I think you should find out what page you are going to have, left hand or right hand. I think the ad should be templated such that the girl is on the outside edge of the book. So when people flip through she sticks out and draws people into the ad. Your current example is great for a right hand side page.
