I am honestly surprised they haven't gone to a third shift of True Dungeon.

When you see how f'ing difficult it is to get qualified and dependable volunteers for two shifts, it's not at all surprising.

Until last year. I was coaching as two people because someone bailed last minute( 3 years in a row)

Maybe next year we can resurrect the retro Dungeon as a third Dungeon. Doing a modified version of the 2004 dungeon again would be fun, and it would be the first time through for most people.
