YEP!

I use this Lanyard created by Lunk to hold my character card, and on the back of that I put a piece of paper with all of my conditionals. But even with it, I still forget to look sometimes...LOL.

Well, you know how big the character card is, so what I mean is that I print a piece of paper, with all the information that I need, and then cut it to about the size of the character card.

The lanyard has a clip on it (like a small clipboard clip), so it holds the character card which I can see from the front, and on the back of the card is the paper with all the information I need.

This way my hands are free to slide, interact with puzzles, etc.

EDIT: That reminds me, I need to go print that out...LOL! :)

Glow in the dark ink would be fantastic in a spell book prop that you bring in the dungeon. Especially if it contains your notes

With my group I print name tags. It is a sticker so they can stick it anywhere, but most often it gets stuck to the back of the character card. Even still I don't know how much it gets used besides remember your max health, how much spell/healing bonus you have, and how much you regenerate each room.

I prepare cheat sheets for my group. They help a little in the dungeon, but mostly I ask people to review them in the coaching room so they get a reminder about any special abilities right before the run. If there’s something all of us have that might be useful (say, a Lamp of the Madrid), I sometimes remind folks “Hey, if you took fire damage in this combat, this might be a good time to use your Lamp to negate it.” But it is hard to remember everything.

Are use the web based character creator and it creates a sheet which has checkboxes I then copy and paste it into word and I can size it to any size that I like and it literally has checkboxes for you to use so when you use something you check it off

Player's Handbook > Event Rules and Policies > Notes (emphasis added):
Players may not record any kind of notes, other than mental, during the adventure or in the training rooms.
Players may not consult notes that would allow them to cheat. E.g., if a wizard somehow managed to skirt the rules and took a photo of the planar chart, that player may not look at it in the dungeon.
However, if players want to bring in notes summarizing what powers their class can use or what perks their equipment grants, that’s perfectly fine. E.g., if a player running a cleric has note card that says, “Don’t forget about turn undead” or “your armor lets you regenerate 3 HP at the beginning of each room,” that’s not cheating and is permitted.
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?
Please post TDb corrections in this thread .
