TOPIC: Wonder, Eldritch, RoSP, and treasure draw Q's - timing questions

I have a question regarding season changes for TD this year.

Would it be correct to assume the Patron run counts as a new season? I'm asking to better understand timing for the following:
1. For wonder items, will the Patron run and the GT Run/GenCon online (if that happens) be considered the 2019-2020 season or the 2020-2021 season? Ie when does the head slot wonder bonus end and the construct feature take over?
2. Same question but for eldritch runes and the "special" UR (reduction from fire damage in 2019 moving to immunity to trap the soul effects for eldritch and for special angelic switching out to undead focused abilities.)
3. When do our RoSP vouchers expire? If we didn't get to use them in 2019 (planning for a con early this year), can we use them for the Patron run? If not, no big deal.
4. If we have 2020 treasure draw tokens or cards, when can we redeem those?
