Maybe but they have had a few cons to exchange it in and an entire cycle/season of events where they could not use it so they should have exchanged it. Now granted there is likely a few that didn't do any cons last year, but I would imagine it is a small number. So you are probably right there will be some that will be disappointed but they have known about the deadline for awhile. They have known cons have been cancelled for awhile.

The 2016 CoA was not even usable at Origins/Gen Con/GHC last year. And all had onsite exchanges. So I suspect this impacts very few people.

I saw them accepted at both Origins and Gencon conventions as people were still turning them for the RFID version. I just recently purchased a 2016 from laz. I am super glad there is clarity and yes I will be paying more for security. (HA HA HA if there was an option of driving it down from Michigan I would do that in a heart beat) From working many years in the shipping industry I am not a huge fan of USPS. It is what it is

So if I have a special token that lets me equip 2 neck slot items, I can equip Horn of Plenty, Amulet of Treasure Finding, Ring of Riches, Charm of Good Fortune, Ioun Stone Silver Nugget, and Ioun Stone Gold Nugget?

I don’t, but it is interesting Laz can equip that setup for +4 treasure over the CoA if he is willing to expend a ring slot, his neck slot, and his 1 bonus slot. It’s weird that the parts are almost better than the transmuted piece?

TPTB and I had a discussion long ago on this. We we decided that would not stack..Since I was the only one it could happen too. There was no need to put a line in the tokendb on HoP or AoTF

come on man....like I would not have thought of this years ago...If I can wear a relic and Legendary on neck slot..barbarian does some massive damage that way
