TOPIC: Help us so we can help you

So here is the deal. In VTD we are short on time. We all know that. I know some of you want to share tokens so you can play on higher level runs or just get new people to see what tokens can do. If they are brand new people, we (volunteers) have a lot to cover.

So what do you think about this:

Option A
If you want to loan tokens out, have a text file ready with the tokens for each class available (paladin, wizard etc.) It's also a good idea to have pregenerated text explaining where and how to find them (Rare, UR, etc.) in the character generators. Use this text file to copy & paste into Zoom chat. This allows the coach to say everything they need to say without having to talk over token loaning.
Of course, this option will have to wait until VTD3B (unless you start on it now)

Option 2
Hopefully everyone shows up early. If the Innkeeper can get their stuff done and the Coach can get all their stuff done, that could allow 12 or more minutes to work of your tokens before the DM arrives. (This option has a lot more variables.)

Please don’t take this as me picking on anyone. There are a lot of people doing this. That is why I am trying to find a good solution. I know you are excited about the game and hope these new people get hooked. We appreciate that. Hopefully you can appreciate that we have things that MUST get taken care of before the group enters.

I am also working a VTD 101 to host maybe the weekend before the Cons. More on that later.
