Thank you for the schedule, this is very helpful.

Jeff, are you planning out when to do things like token design? I expect it to be early again to be prepared for continued shipping delays.
Also, any plans to do character card redesign? I remember talk about this a few years back, but it never seems to get mentioned until we are neck deep in token design.

Thanks, Jeff. We appreciate you telling us as early as you have.

Do you have any ideas about if GameHole Con adventures (Felurian's Feast and Weird Magic) will be repeated at any of the conventions in 2022?
I'm hoping that more of us can get a chance to play them.

Thanks for the schedule. This will help with planning. Really bummed about Origins as it's become one of my favorite TD destinations and hope it will be added back into the mix in the future.

I’m disappointed about origins, it is one of my favorite cons overall. They in the past treated GMs very well, generally they are easy to deal with and the food in the area is great and very walkable.

I’m on the fence on if I’ll go anyways. I can say if they have a mask mandate in 2022 I will not go because the game I run is on a 8’ x 16’ table area, mask and talking at distance are not a great mix, that is why I skipped this year.

Any chance of more VTD later in 2022?

Good question. We will see how things go with V7-V11. I hope well. If it does, then there is a chance we can do some more stuff in the later half of the year. Stay tuned -- and tell folks about VTD!

With a new one monthly, I'm sure the tickets will be going like gangbusters!

I agree about the Origins vibe. It always felt very cold. Maybe it is Columbus, who knows?
But it was a nice close drive to do some TD. Hoping to play all the in person dungeons and volunteering full time at GenCon is very difficult and not a good stress on my wife and friends. At least in theory I could run at Origins and not at GenCon.
I will have to try to do GHC. Very long drive, but maybe. It really sounds fun tho.

Maybe with so few in person events, it should be limited to the GHC adventures for GenCon. Otherwise, there is no way to get XP for them. Maybe the focus should be on VTD, since RLTD will be so limited.

I hope gencon has at least one new dungeon. ALSO having the 2 dungeons from GHC 2021 would be good, but might not be possible?
The suggestion to focus on VTD is...scary?...to me. I really don't want to focus on VTD. It's *fine*, but pales in comparison to in person TD.

They really need to get back to having new dungeons at Gen Con that can be reused for PAX West and GHC. So unless, they have at least 2 new dungeons at Gen Con, you'd either have to reuse a dungeon from this year's GHC next year, or introduce a brand new dungeon at GHC, which would then need to be reused at Gen Con in 2023. Vicious Circle.

For 2023, It would be nice to spread the events out more to have an early season convention (like March-May timeframe), something in June-July, GenCon in August, then Gamehole Con in late October. Wasn't Pax South the early one? GaryCon happens around that time but is likely too small.

What convention might make sense pre-June to replace Pax South in the future for TD? Pax east maybe?

I have no problem with TD skipping Origins. Give them some time to see if they take running a con (or GAMA itself) seriously and fix the litany of problems they have. Maybe they will but I'm not sure of it - Brissaud is still there running GAMA and their board is incredibly dysfunctional. I feel bad for the people who have the jobs to actually make the convention work because the environment there looks terrible.
