TOPIC: True Grind at GHC 2017

I'll be talking with Jeff next week to finalize the details but right now the plan is to have True Grind at GHC this year.

The Grind at GHC will be slightly different than the GenCon one, though there may be similar settings and themes.

What times do you think True Grind should run at GHC?

IIRC, last year, Grind was equally split between Friday and Saturday runs. However, Friday attendance for True Dungeon was relatively light, with lots of unsold tickets (for both True Grind and the main True Dungeon adventures). As a result, my initial inclination is to weight most of the runs towards Saturday and less on Friday.

Looking at the schedule, the main TD runs from Friday 12 PM and the last run is 10:01 PM (ending at Midnight).

First Saturday run is 11:36 AM and the last run is 8:37 PM (ending at 10:37 PM).

Sounds good to me.

My preference is for when I'm not on dungeon runs, of course, so Friday morning and Saturday morning often enough that we all can play. I'm guessing late Thursday night is out.

Since we already booked a schedule not realizing it would be added, I'm not sure what else we can offer.

If somehow you threw in a late thursday night true grind for volunteers I think people would love it but I agree maybe a 2 runs on friday evening and the rest saturday.

Glad to hear Grind is coming back to GHC!

I am hoping for Sat night since that is the only time I could make it. My schedule is pretty booked already.

Based on the other events I am doing, my 4 available times are:
- 12-1:30pm Friday
- 6:30-8pm Friday
- 8:30-10am Saturday
- 10-11:30pm Saturday
