TOPIC: XP Codes - Not Working?

I've tried to enter all three of my codes multiple times now: day of, Sunday, and today. It only brings up 'enter access code' pop-up each time, and doesn't add a line to my accrued XP.

Thoughts?

Odd, I was able to enter all my xp with no issues.

Apologies if this is a stupid question - are they all from different dungeons and was it your first time running them? You only get xp from a dungeon once, no matter how many times you’ve run it (including past conventions). Though running at a higher difficulty will replace any old xp amount you may have entered for running it at a lower level.

They are case sensitive I believe. You are entering the same case? I just entered my Infernal without issue.

Hm. So weird. Yes, I've been entering them paying attention to case and yes, it's three separate runs out of the three different runs I did this GenCon, no overlaps and no previously entered runs.

That is odd. I imagine the TD crew is still pretty busy right now (either recovering or putting stuff away) I am sure they will get you sorted out.
