I'm not sure, but a few things it might be:

0. Usually you need some kind of code - which they typically hand out on a business card. The code is good only for one particular dungeon(?) and the correct difficulty(?).

Do you have a code? Are you sure the dungeon your claiming is the one the code was from?

1. You can only claim experience for the latest room and highest difficulty you ran of a given dungeon. This means if you run a dungeon twice you don't get twice the XP.

2. Generally you can only gain XP for a given dungeon once. I believe some of the dungeons at Origins were "best of" dungeons from Gen Con last year (Odin's Haven stuff). If you claimed Gen Con XP from 2018 you wouldn't be eligible.

If it's neither of those, I'd just contact TD customer support - they are great at fixing things (but probably they'll need a few days to catch up after the con).

I’m not sure if this is the Kenneth I met and talked with but this year you have to

first select the year
Then enter the code
It will then show you which dungeon you went through and it will have a few drop down options.
Once you’ve selected the appropriate option I think there was a submit button
At which point you will have entered your experience but it is set up to allow you to do multiple entries so if you select BACK it will show you your experience.

As a strange side note, if you are putting in the Origins N3 you want to put it in under 2019 experience(or so I found)

Does it give you additional experience even if you had ran N3 in 2018?

No, unless you did it on a difficulty that offers more experience or you survived to a later room. Each dungeon has a maximum amount which can be earned and if you already earned the max which is 2000 experience for N3 from a con last year then you will not receive any experience this year for that run.

Thanks for all the replys everyone. I kept all the exp codes and resubmitted them and for what ever reason it accepted them this time. Not sure why it wouldn't take them before.
