I was thinking the same thing this morning. And then I realized he's likely tackling URs and the transmutes at the same time, since there's likely a need to go back and forth tweaking a few of the URs based on the Relic/Legendary that comes from them.

I think its more likely that V1b is only 2 weeks away and he has to think about room dressing for V2.
