So rogues have a second way to sneak attack and because fighters special ability is gear access?

I think the thought is that the Bead of Guided Strike is likely above budget for the slot, so it should be limited compared to the Bracers of Guided Strike which have no class distinction. It seems like an item that could have used a few more iterations of development.

Regarding the various versions of Charm Bracelets, I would recommend keeping "May wear up to X add'l Charms"

I say this because of the cap on Charms you can wear is 10 if i'm not mistaken. So if one were to wear the Legendary Charm Bracelets, the Charm Necklace, and Orion's Belt, you would have access to more than the cap.

Probably 80% of runs are done with newish 4th level players, and I thought it would be nice to give Rogues and Fighters in the group of players a chance to shine against certain monsters by having a more accessible way to gain the Guided Strike token effect.
