Has it been said whether the skill checks for lore checks and spells will be the same as they have been in Virtual TD? I find them much more enjoyable and thematic than the old skill checks.

I haven't heard anything official, but we had the regular in-person tests at SkullCon. I'd like to see something similar to the VTD tests in person. I think the physical TD Druid and Wizard tests are fine, but the Cleric beads are difficult to tell apart even in training and the Bard has too many runes.

The skill tests were also the classic skill tests at GHC last year. I would expect the classic skill tests unless we hear different from TD.

I agree. I doubt they would make the change at this time. I don't see swapping out training room materials and creating new materials for the DMs to use as a high priority. I'm not saying it would be overly hard or expensive, but not sure they are motivated to put any resources into it right now. That's just my opinion.

I like the cleric beads, but necessity might change those eventually. Not sure what kind of extra stock Jeff has on those but I doubt they'd be easy to find more of.

Sartre sits in in a coffee shop and asks for a coffee without cream. The barista apologizes “Sorry, we don't have any cream. Can I offer you a coffee without milk instead?”
