TOPIC: 2023 Transmuted Token Ideas

UR: Cap of Chance - reroll any die (yours or DM) 1/game
Relic: Crown of Chaos - gain the eldritch runestone effect
Legendary: Loki's Helm - gain the UR Special effect

Greater Greaves of Resistance -2 to all damage, excluding Push (Puzzle) damage

uses 1 of each greave plus TG's

+3 Amulet of Protection
4*
+3 AC
+3 All saves

Uses Treasure Box Rare neck tokens as optional ingredients

Arcane Earcuff of Orbits
5*
Counts as an Arcane Earcuff and Earcuff of Orbits
Part of the Arcane set.

Combines Earcuff of Orbits and Arcane Earcuff in a single slot, like Charm of Awakened Synergy combined two charms into 1 slot. This doesn't creep the IS slot expansion at all, yet fills the request to have a transmute for Earcuff of Orbits. It also leaves room for Orion's belt and Arcane Bracelets to not become obsolete with a token that hits the IS cap all on its own.

I just wanted to say that I like Endgame's Arcane Earcuff of Orbits idea, it might be the first Relic I would gun for transmuting, as a current Arcane Earcuff user. It would also mean both my earcuffs wouldn't likely get sucked up by slot expanders when Earcuff of Orbits re-prints, which leaves my 2nd slot still open for other fun Earcuffs.

+1 to this. I know that we spend a lot of time discussing viability of options for builds, but we need to balance that against the need for desireable relics. Not over-creeping Arcane Bracelets or Orion's seems like a solid strategy for preserving future options for reprints as well as keeping long-time invested players happy that they're older items aren't obsoleted.

3*: Bead of the Pious - +6 Will Saves

My thinking behind this one is that one of the better bead options is Bead Cleric's Piety, which is a 2019 completion token that has already reached a fairly high price on the secondary market (when you can even find one being offered).

Transmute idea:

Figurine of Power:BattleTrophy
+2 damage for ranged/melee...1/room...
...then a legendary...+2 damage for ranged/melee (removing the 1/room)

Whatever the transmute, it can use any past UltraRare....we have tons of "not desirable URs" out there and to newer players, we should protect them from thinking they get a good deal when they really don't.

To that end, having a recipe that leverages *Any Ultra Rare* to turn it into a battle trophy
