Keeping these in the treasure mix (possibly permanently) would be a great way to keep a +Level item available (so less call to make a new one every few years), encourages interacting with the community (for trades) and gives a long-term chase item that most people would want at least one of, which actively encourages newer people to play more and start acquiring treasure enhancers.

It also opens up the Arcanum design space by not making people upset that there isn't a +Level assigned to it like Eldrtch has, leaving room for other cool powers without being overpowered.

Please no. Leaping attack negates nearly all reason to build for both melee and Ranged. We get less skewed, more balanced Ranged and melee builds if you can’t just solve fliers with a potion.

I have had one for many years and I use it. I suppose it has helped at times, but not always. I think the only reason it is an UR is because it is slotless. I think a functional reprint, but not slotless would be better. I think it should take some slot and have the same power at the rare level. The reason is because I think with only 20 URs a season, having a situational UR token only usable by 1 class is not as beneficial to the community as other possibilities.

This is a neat idea, useful at all levels of play including/especially normal pugs that don't happen to have a rogue (or if rogue fails one test)

Charm of good fortune, with an amendment to the COA formula that 2023 charm either counts for 0 or 1 unit towards the COA.

We are getting a TE of some kind next year that much is sorta decided. And I know there is no precedent for a TE reprint but if it was ever going to happen Cogf being a synergistic token it is probably the one it should happen for. I doubt it would sell any worse then a new TE heck if it were also used in the proposed 2025 legendary TE recipe & effectively reopened the availability for current players to make COAs I think it would sell like hotcakes. I know I'd buy more then I would with a new bead slot TE.

Bullet points, reprinting Cogf lets us

Holds off treasure creep for another year/prevents further dilution of the treasure pool.

Lets more single UR players contribute to synergy group and more easily integrate into older full synergy groups

Provides a path for more invested new players to make more COAs available to new players at the same PYP rate they were originally offered at.

Preserves whatever AoTF are out there in the wild for use in whatever the 2025 legendary TE is.

Keeps the 3rd bead slot from basically being forever locked the year after it came out.

The 40 tokens could be split up so that it's effectively reprinted every 5 years. Put out 8 a year so that it's not taking up all the space in the treasure pulls, but there's still enough to collect. Every year a new set of 8 comes out, repeat.

I'm not certain "Legendary" and "easier" are supposed to go together.
