I've always loved the idea behind the Greater Healing Potion. 11 commons for one potion that heals 10 points.

With that, why can't we do the same with scrolls. Say 12 points of common scroll damage for a single scroll that does 10 points of damage.

Ok, maybe let the Paladins and Barbarians use it too, but less awesome for them.

I’ve liked that design mechanic as it’s been used a few times over the years of “does X for everybody” and “does X + Y for certain class.” It can make tokens that would be very niche into something that is at least useable for others. In the case of a Relic or Legendary, I’m thinking of when it would be drawn as treasure.

I still like the idea of one token that consolidates the three Nuggets, but I understand if that's off the table because Jeff said they wouldn't be in a transmute.

I hope there aren't any slot expansion transmutes. Once someone gets one of those, they have no need to ever buy another slot expansion token for that type of token. I like players to have some sort of trade-off between a slot expander or the token it would replace, Relic or Legendary slot expanders are no-brainers.

Raven's Feather (Rogue only, slotless): You gain free movement.

Slotless free movement would likely need to be a relic within a cycle of other class-specific relics, the idea here is to give Rogues a little bit of breathing room on par with the other classes in the very crowded Bead slot, since there are already two Rogue-specific UR Beads before you start considering treasure enhancers, Bead of the Lucky Traveler, etc. This would free up a slot taken by Bead of the Lucky Traveler by providing the Free Movement but not the save bonus.
I play Rogue. Occasionally I even play Rogue well.

New Token level above Legendary (Mythical Token's). Slight increase in stats. Examples +7 Sword vs Legendary +5, +7 saves vs. +5, etc, etc. Make them hard to make. Multiple Legendaries, lots of GP and Trade Goods, etc. And DO NOT put them in the treasure boxes or give them out on GT runs. Only way to get them is to transmute them. Make people have to buy more Tokens to get them.

There are, but I'm thinking more of higher rarity builds which would have higher rarity tokens equipped in those slots. A slotless free movement token with no other effect seems like a reasonable answer to me as long as other classes also get a class relic around the same time, I think it's also fairly thematic since you'd expect a Rogue to be quick and agile at moving around. Maybe even give every class a slotless Relic of some sort which helps to cover one of their build difficulties?

Starhide was printed in 2015 and has aged poorly. Int still does nothing 6 years later. Charisma gives an extra fop and nothing else.

Likewise Drakes staff of focus was printed in 2015 as well. Although its power still feels about right at least
