I personally don't think the sword should be part of the DK set. Would much rather it have its own theme and not tie into DK set. Save the sword for that as a Pally equivelant.

I would love for Human Fighter to be offensive (with weapon flexibility), with Dwarf Fighter being defensive. A generic weapon is fine if it is for both (class redesign can create distinction). Crit range expansion on the relic sword is awesome, since it is not on the necklace relic. Ideally would they have separate play styles, yes, but I would rather lean into generic weapon than force Human Fighter more into the mindset of Dwarf was already selected so I guess I will play Human Fighter. I mean I would love 3x crit on Human Fighter for example =)

Human Fighter has zero defensive abilities so I think it gets tacked on as a "tank" class due to Dwarf also being a fighter. I would love to play human fighter as a weaker max damage ranger/barbarian but able to do both. Viv's already pushes human fighter into 1H w/ shield at high levels so the legendary level builds just become the same as dwarf (who objectively has a better class card/feel).

The DR ability is worded oddly. "means" sounds better as "grants".
Any "20" grant's -10 damage from Melee.

I missed the force damage on the first pass. Is it desirable to have your damage become 100% typed to force, especially on gloves of accuracy? Is anything resistant or immune to force damage?

Yes, I know Force damage ignores incorp, but I’m going to feel pretty silly when we fight, say, an air elemental that is immune to force damage. If force damage were a property of a weapon, I could just switch weapons. I can’t switch gloves Mid adventure, though, so I’d be out of luck.

In 5th edition, almost nothing resists force, that’s kind of the point of it - the damage type least likely to be prevented. In td, the only force resistance I can think of are the 2020 shirt of shielding, and the note on the illusionist card that anything completely immune to force would not be dazed by the Color Spray spell.

I've expressed a similar opinion on the UR thread, but I think that the gloves could do with toning down a bit. With the current versions, I think they would easily be a BiS token for the long term future if they only granted a bonus to either melee or ranged, let alone the current version which grants both.

Having both bonuses on there runs the risk of obsoleting the difference between Ranged and Melee attacks at higher levels of play - consider that a build focusing exclusively on melee could easily equip Shirt of the Arcanum, Aron's Sunhide Robe, Gregor's Gladiator Gloves, and either Thor's or Io's, which with Bardsong would give a Ranged hit bonus between +21 to +26, from a dedicated melee build which has not equipped any Ranged-specific tokens other than arguably Aron's Sunhide Robe.

I'd suggest +3/+3 for the Relic, and +6/+3 for the Legendary.
