My wife and I have 2. We are geared for NM and usually play elf wizard and dwarf fighter.

We probably couldn't do Nightmare. Probably more Hardcore. of the 6 of us, we have 1 new person, 1 that has only done 2 rooms in 2019, and 4 that have done 3 rooms back in 2019.

We have decent builds for
Wizard
Fighter or Barbarian
Rogue
Paladin
Ranger
Monk

Hardcore would be fine depending upon the last 2. Most important is that the new folks have fun! We have some decent tokens to bring like level enhancers, etc. to ensure we have decent builds for everyone.
