TOPIC: January Patron Event - Unofficial Sign Up

Not sure what to really call this. This is unofficial and non-binding, but I'm trying to see if we can add a little order to the potential chaos. I know I'm with a group that is hoping to run together, but with dozens of patrons all on-line looking for runs at the same time, there's a very good chance slots will fill up quickly. Anyway, I did this once before and it worked out fairly well, but I did it by trying to maintain a list within the thread. Trying something new.

Below is a link to a google.com where people can select their preferred run and class.

At the top of the spreadsheet are the following instructions: I hope they are self-explanatory.

Instructions:
- If you are a patron, please indicate your preferred run in the appropriate box below.
- List your name (or forum name) and a preferred class (if you have one)
- The goal of this spreadsheet is try to add a little order to the chaos that will ensue on November 17th when tickets become available.
- Note: Signing up here does NOT guarantee you a spot (nor your preferred class). It just communicates to the community your intent with the hope they will stay clear of your selection.
- Note: Its very likely not all patrons will see this spreadsheet, which will lead to unavoidable conflicts. A backup plan is recommended.

If True Dungeon changes the schedule for the patron run (I fully expect them to add more runs as needed), I will update the spreadsheet.

Bless you for putting this up because it's my first year doing the patron run and I hadn't paid attention to the dates...I'm going to be out of the country!! At least it only means a 7 a.m. wake up lol.

Just a reminder for patrons that this unofficial schedule is available for those so inclined to use it. Eight more days until tickets are available. And only one more day until we get to have more fun.

Surprised in the lack of interest this year. Oh well.

I think this thread and the google sheet are a great idea, I just haven’t gotten my act together yet to post yet.

Just bumping this back to the top. We've got a little over 3 days until tickets go on sale and about 20 patrons have indicated their preferences thus far. I think that will help a lot in making things go smoother on Friday. Of course, you're not obligated to do this and I know many patrons are likely to even wait a bit before buying their tickets. Just really excited to among the first to try a virtual grind.

Also - if anyone has an extra patron code, please let me know. I am looking for 1 for a friend. Can buy or trade for it. Thank you!

Bump for patrons who want to pre-coordinate the runs we "hope" to get...hehe.

Less than 19 hours until tickets go on sale. Thanks to the 36 patrons who have decided to participate.

I really hope this helps a lot of people get next year's dungeon runs off to a good start. Can't wait to play virtual grind.

Thanks for posting this, Dave. I'm sure there will be some bumps, but this is likely to reduce stress for everyone. I have no problem avoiding the slots that other people want.
