Nice! I recently traded for some more DK pieces, and it looks like I can now get my Cleric to 41 with AC 12 (hooray for low starting Dex) as long as I don't need to make any saves.

Yeah, saves are definitely going to be the issue. After a bit of playing around I am looking at 12 AC, 43 ret damage but only 4 melee dr.

I'm debating if i should drop the DK boots for my dirtdazzy's. it would drop be to 41 ret but bump my melee dr up to 7. I'm kind of thinking that is the way to do this despite the sadness of losing 2 ret damage

As a note - my DR is universally 2 higher than shown in the web app since the web app doesn't have the 2018 golden ticket medallion in it

I heart Dirtdazzy's! (I also don't own DK Boots yet, which makes the decision easy for me -- I totally understand your quandary)

But it looks like you may have forgotten about the new Dwarf-only tokendb.com/token/shirt-of-barbed-insults/ !

Meanwhile, I am slightly envious of your Totem / Tavernbane combo, but highly amused by the presence of Goggles of the Deadshot.

I did indeed forget the shirt of barbed insults. That would put me to 45 ret and 13 AC. I may take that trade but I think that dirtdazzy’s is almost required at nightmare if we don’t want to run short of healing. Then again, I have a large stack of condensed healing potions that has not seen much use in the last couple of years

On Goggles of the deadshot, I’m probably swapping those out. My first thought was to try giving myself some semblance of a chance to hit at range but I would still be punting for 20’s

45 -- such amazing hedgehog power! But yeah, 43 with 7 DR might be the more strategic choice...

BTW, you could substitute IS Kraken Coral Orb for Champion's Choice to get AC back to 12

Not sure if anyone will have time to look at this before the run, but does anyone see opportunities for more retribution? I have a set of shock ret potions for each combat.
