TOPIC: D&D Open Team!

I am looking to put a team together for the D&D Open at GenCon.
The D&D Open is a 5e competitive event where teams are scored on solving puzzles, role play, and hitting specific success metrics. This year's event is unusual in that it will be 3 rounds rather than just 1. Scores are aggregated over the 3 rounds for selecting the winners.
Each session is 4 hours and there are 3 sessions. Avoiding conflicts with other events we'd like to do narrows it down to 2 of the 3 slot times possible.
Times:
Thurs/Fri/Sat at 7a
or
Thurs/Fri/Sat at 1p

Looks like these are now at 9am, 2pm, and 7pm - I haven't finalized any other runs and would be interested. I can check with a few others as well.

2pm is so much better than 1pm (less conflicts). Event registration starts May 19th so plenty of time still.

I think I just wrote the time down wrong. My guess is the 2pm slot will be the highly sought after one (though all 3 will likely sell out.)

So far, it is 2 confirmed, 1 more very likely, and 1 possible. That leaves us looking for 2 more. It looks like the games are spread out - ie the 2p Thursday won't be 2p all three days - each slot has 1 9a, 2p, and 7p time. We're likely looking at the Thursday 2p (Fri 9a, sat 7p) or Thurs 7p (Fri 2p, sat 9a.)
