TOPIC: LF1M - Dune Viper GC Thu 12:39pm Epic COMBAT

If anyone is Epic-curious but not sure their build is up to it, (a) see David’s helpful note in post #1, and (b), I’d be happy to lend any tokens I have that you’d like to borrow. I don’t have everything by any stretch, but I can lend Charms of Awakened Synergy, Harlax Lamps, Auri’s Candles, and various other tokens that make Epic life easier. Not that anyone has to borrow anything, of course.

Between the group of us, I expect we could piece together *at least* one full loaner build for someone who doesn't own any UR+ tokens at all but is game to try Epic Combat. Could that be you? Let us know!!!

I remember the first time I joined a high-level LFM run back in 2018, I felt a little nervous that I might end up holding the group back. Please don't worry about that! The run is two days from now, and we still have 3 slots that will otherwise end up as ghosts, so bring your moxie and enthusiasm for adventure, and we'll happily do everything we can to help supplement your build!

Including Treasure Enhancers, of course.

I would like to join you guys. Typically play Ranger and have the equipment to do so at Epic already. Reap is listed as Ranger/Flexible, so if it’s possible I would like to steal Ranger. But I can also be flexible. My backup class would be Rogue since I don’t see one currently, and I have a full set of tools.

I could join as a Bard, I'm new to the game, but should have a pretty good build for this run. I do have Wydseth's Lute so at least I will provide the proper buff, and can toss out some sonic darts and try and hit with my bow. Need to verify that I can get in on a different Tomb Run.

So looks like the Tomb Spot was filled. My current run is a 2:37 start time. Would it be doable to make both runs?

So we would LOVE to have you, but back to back runs like this only work if your 2:37 is also a prearranged run (all 10 tickets bought out by people you know, classes chosen ahead of time, and you have a premade build in phone app/website, preferably providing a copy to one of your friends to show the coach). Our 12:39 run will exit the dungeon and start epilogue (i.e. getting treasure) at 2:36, so realistically you won't make it back to the coaching room until at least 2:46, and for a pick-up group you should really arrive at least 10 minutes early (i.e. 2:27).

That said, it looks like there are a couple of Tomb of Terror LFM runs posted by other forumites; if you wanted to go down that path you could check Andrew's handy index at truedungeon.com/forum?view=topic&catid=736&id=257573#457880 (then click to expand "All LFM Runs" and follow links to find the individual threads).

Sweet, got my ticket returned and moved to 4:13, so should be good to go!
