+1 Mystic Staff of Loki
The damage wheel looks be too low for this item. I would adjust to: 4,5,6,7,8,9 to match the +1 Mystic Staff of the Serpent from this year.

Thanks for spelling out "Standard Action" on Tyr's Ring of Sacred Wrath so new players won't be confused by "SA".

Ho-Yi pointed out last time (which I had missed) that Belt of Belching and Ring of the Stag could use the same treatment.

Overall looks good.

+1 Mystic Staff of Loki: In a prior design note Jeff mentioned that +1 Mystic Staff of Loki wouldn't do damage to various non-brained type creatures and gave some examples (e.g. constructs).

I'd be careful with that, as it's going to be a bad experience for players if their +1 weapon randomly doesn't work for wide classes of monsters (plants, constructs, undead?).

As a result, this may be a worse token than the uncommon Mystic Staff in the same set, as it seems like elemental typed damage immunity is going to be less common than constructs which show up with some regularity.

Bifrost Boots: Nice design of having their drawback damage type be one with lots of commons to mitigate this year. Should get some new players thinking about synergies.

Ioun Stone Jasper Cube: This is the same power as the 2021 Volunteer Rare Ioun Stone Jasper Spheroid.

Yeah...I went ahead and changed the Mystic Staff to Cold since Loki is a Frost Giant.
