Overall looks good.

Ioun Stone Sunstone Trilliant: -10 DR on 6 damage types is a lot. I think this would be fine with 3, 4, or 5 as well. Perhaps it could be "pick 3 from list of" - no coding should be necessary for that because players manage their own HP.

Odin's Eye Patch: Bard's were kept off of the Legendary focus ring. Their inclusion here is fine - I'm just flagging for consistency.

Reposting from last round, really feel like 6 exalted items is too many:

6 Exalted items seems like a lot, while only two Enhanced. Of all the 4 points Crown of the Tavern, feels more like a 3 point level token. It's fun, but is more uncommon+ level, than rare+ level. I would consider changing it to Enhanced and then you have 5 and 3. The recipe could require any 2 of the 3 Beer drinkers items maybe.

+1; I agree on having more easy items to encourage newer players to start transmuting tokens.

Bards were completely left off the UR/Relic Focus rings too, but have been on every Focus item since, including the 2017 Rare Lenses of Focus . I say we should let them have their fun with the Eye Patches.

I'm with the majority on the legendary trilliant. Too much DR from 1 token.
If we have 4 types, I'd go darkrift, sacred, acid, psychic or force

I agree with this wholeheartedly, something shouldn't be BiS forever, eventually you have to update things. That's also why I liked bead expander on neck. Slot lock doesn't do the game any good.

If you want a bigger leap between legendary and relic, I'd suggest 4. Sacred, Darkrift, Force and Pyschic.

Bead and charm expander in same slot is interesting. Expect Lunas to be discarded within 2 years.

Prefer it to be moved to hands, ring or waist slot instead of wrist.

I like those options. I think if it went to ring where we have 3 already max ( and a glory item on the horizon ) that some wouldn’t want it there or if had to, it would need to take 2 slots. The main reason outside not wanting it to compete with class legendarys in the Neck is that it’s to force a choice. Breads or Charms, but you can’t have both. As much as I’d like them to move to a spot where it’s a bit more free it’s far too late for a change like that. These will be finalized tonight

Ioun Stones also have an expander in the wrist as well as ear. So wrist will be the only expander for beads.
