Overall looks good:

+1 Mystic Staff of Loki: I know this damage wheel was bumped up due to a comment from another forumite - but I don't see why a "d6" +1 weapon needs an average damage of 6.5 (even if there is some historic precedent).

Amulet of the Norns: The (1/game) text is redundant with the description of the effect.

Lute of the Brute: For consistency with +1 Blow Gun Flute could say: "Bard may play Bardsong while attacking with this"

Shirt of Humble Luck: I might phrase this as "+2 to saves if only..." rather than "but only...". To me this would mean this shirt does nothing if you equip those other tokens, but as written you are forbidden from equipping this shirt and the other rarities - which may be a bigger pain for app developers.

All rare Mystic Staffs have been consistent up to this point in their damage wheels:

Should "thrown" in (May be thrown) that's part of the +1 Sea Raider War Spear be capitalized? Thrown is capitalized in (Melee or Thrown) for the +1 Large Throwing Axe.
