TOPIC: Gameholecon VIGs?

Does anyone know if GHC will have any VIG badges available and how that process works?

I see that VIG Badge Renewals start on May 11th and regular Badge Registration starts May 25th. Not sure if there is a time when available VIGs go on sale?

If I recall, any ViG badges available go on sale the same day regular badge registration starts. But be prepared. From what I understand any available are gone within a few minutes or less.

As far as I understand, the VIGs get the chance to renew their badges. Any that are not claimed when normal badge sales go live are immediately available to the general public, but get snapped up as soon as that window to buy opens, like most other special stuff.

Includes everything from VIG package, plus an invite to our Special Guest Reception Dinner on Wednesday, October 16th!

The badge also gives the option to renew as a VIG (this is what I was told last year when I asked) or as a patron. This is the route I took last year, the dinner was a ton of fun and there were a few TD vets there as well.

Advice - skip the shirt option and click on vig the second it opens. Usually, they are all gone in seconds.

Yes - to be clear, having it in your cart does not mean you actually have it until the purchase goes through. Don't waste time on picking shirt color/size/whatever - purchase IMMEDIATELY. Many of us have been burned by this.

+1 - I missed VIG twice by fiddling with the shirts in the cart. Blow that off - just get the badge and worry about shirts another day. When I chose to ignore the shirt, I was able to get it

When my wife got VIG she skipped the shirt options. I messed with it because I thought it would stop me from check out, but that made me too slow to get VIG.
