Can only own 20 TG tickets at any point in time.

Raise the price of TG tickets until demand is lower, like start by doubling the price.

Put more resources into increasing supply of TG tickets.

Do all of the above.

A single person owning 20 grind tickets is too many. It should be 10. At least until TD is able to run more grinds. Basically, I want to see the rules set to allow everyone (at least the VIGs) who wants to play be able to get tickets.

Or leave the price the same, but eliminate treasure pulls.

Limiting an individual account to only having tickets to two (or one) grind events would be a good first step in my opinion. This limit could be removed the day tickets go live for "Standard Registration" (their title) badgeholders.

I like this suggestion. A lot. I also think it wouldn't be too hard to implement.

According to several people who have posted, treasure is not the driving force for doing Grind. There may be some people who believe it is. I'm not sure about that. I would still do Grind (probably once) at the current price with no treasure pulls*.

While I'm not sure treasure is the driving factor, I still think the treasure element should be dropped radically, because getting 20 pulls with no enhancers on a cheaper-than-normal ticket seems out of whack. Simple economics says that Jeff isn't charging enough for Grind, relative to the very limited supply.

I suppose one of the major driving factors of buying out whole runs of Grind (or any other dungeon) is being able to dictate the terms of the run. The owner of the run gets to choose who goes, what difficulty level, and any other details or restrictions they'd like to impose. The only sure way to get a "specialty" run is if you buy out a whole slot.

*No, I'm not saying I'd pay the full amount to get a ticket second hand and then give up the treasure. I think that's a different issue.
