Garlic as a consumable healing item, maybe that also grants 1 retribution due to bad breath.

Liquid silver weapon oil, makes weapons count as silver.

Good old holy water.

Crimson elixir, heals10 HP but reduces max hp by 2

Mirror-Polished breastplate, +3AC torso and immune to gaze attacks.

Potion Wolfsbane Extract reprint (or maybe make a salve just to be different)

Neck bolts, takes both earring slots, +1 shock damage

Chains of the Grave, no damage, just a functional weighted net reprint (-2 AC per hit max -6)

Coffin Nails, 1 use per combat dart style weapon, maybe with +1 damage vs vampires.

And for no reason what so ever...
Distillation of Fear, Removes 1 Frenzy effect.

Holy Hand Crossbow

Wooden Stake, usable by all, same stats as Dagger. Bonus damage against Vampires.

Garlic potion, consumable. Heals 1 Pt, or prevents two damage from Undead attack.

Holy Water (really a reprint)

I definitely feel like need a garlic token.

Dink items based off the wizard of the vines.

For the wooden stake how about: 1 handed weapon, usable by all, d4 wheel, on 4 may turn in to daze vampire for one round. Higher rarity versions could have better effects. Uncommon stuns for a round, and rare kills vampire on a 20.

For those who love Ravenloft, they will know cursed items are common in the Demiplane of Dread. So this could go back to a few years ago where we had cursed tokens.

Maybe this time put a twist on them, say a hinderance in the Dungeon. Drawn randomly early on in the Intro room. With a condition in the Dungeon to remove. And should the player complete the condition, they can turn the token in for an extra treasure draw.

Insulating Gloves - Hand slot - All
+1 AC, -2 from shock

Leather Apron - All
+1 to AC (Torso slot)

Coachman's Cape - All
-1 from Cold

Tricorn Hat - All
+1 to Reflex Saves (There were +1 FORT and WILL hats in 2024)
