Make the transmute less expensive than the typical 4*


Bead of Treasure Enhancement:

Transmutes from a +1 rare TE
Increase the treasure of a rare or UR treasure enhancer by +1. My only equip 2 or fewer treasure enhancers

Cloak Transmute Chain:
Cloak of Greater Adaptation
5* Relic
+7 to save of users choice, +1 to other saves

Transmutes from UR Cloak of Adaptation (+5 to save of users choice, +1 to other saves)

Endgame's Cloak of Greater Adaptation
Legendary
+10 to save of users choice, +1 to other saves

Martial Eye Slot transmute chain:
Lenses of Perfect Vision
5* Relic
+2 hit w/ Melee

Lantern of Second Chances : Acts as a copy of any 1 UR TE you do not have equipped. So for example if you used it as Lantern of Second Chances(Silver Nugget) it would grant you +2 treasure and prevent you from equipping a silver nugget.

An attempt on keeping things on a Vampire Theme
Charm of Vampirism
+1 Darkrift Damage
Heal 2HP on Successful Melee Attack

Two takes on the same item
This one may upset players by reducing saves, but I think its neat.
Necklace of Hellsinging
Bard Song gains the following effects
-1 Saves, +1 Damage

Greater Necklace of Hellsinging
-2 Saves, +2 Damage
Successful Bardic Lore now deals 10 Damage to the Monster

Abraham's Necklace of Hellsinging
-2 Saves, +3 Damage
Successful Bardic Lore now deals 20 Damage to the Monster
Necklace of Hellsinging
Bardic Lore is a Free Action
Spend 10 HP for Bardsong to Gain 1 of the Following Effects for the Room
  • +2 Saves
  • +1 Damage

Greater Necklace of Hellsinging

With the Earcuff of Greater Glory coming about this year, maybe a usably by all legendary transmute chain of a ring would be nice.

UR Ring: +2 to AC, Saves, and HP
Relic Ring: +3 to AC, Saves, and HP
Legendary Ring: +5 to AC, Saves, and HP

Why do you hate Rolland’s? We're getting the Ring of the Sacred Circle in 2026, so I don't know that a legendary ring chain is needed.

WIth 4 ring slots available sometime this year you can equip this and Rolland's if you like and still have some other rings you like.

But other than that, if you haven't noticed that TD has significantly upped the ante on what the power level of a legendary should be since Rolland's came about 12 years ago in the very first batch of Legendaries ever made I doubt anything I can say would convince you.

I see no particular reason to try to creep Rolland’s at legendary. If an AC + stuff ring is desirable, sounds like a great target for a mythic item.

For Paladin and DF on blind runs, I think Rolland’s has a place, especially with 4 rings. For double downs or even fewer people, say a 3 man Epic run with a Paladin guarding the other 2 Rolland’s has a place. For 1 other random run / year like against the beast of Bogwood, Rolland’s probably has a place.

I feel the same way about Khing’s. Situationally good enough that it doesn’t go in every build, but doesn’t need to be crept to higher power either.

That seems OK to me. However, if legendary rings need to be so good they can go in any build, I’m going to need a buff to Relsa’s - it’s useless with over half the classes.

That said, I doubt anything I can say would convince you
