Who is Jason Mewes?

He's the actor who plays the character "Jay" in Kevin Smith's movies.

But having met him, I can't really say he's an incredible actor. He's A LOT like Jay in person.

Kevin Smith, on the other hand, deserves an Oscar for being able to clearly communicate so much without even speaking. His facial expressions are awesome.
