Hey Joyus,

Will see if Marilee is interested in any of the gowns/cloaks. I'm not sure her size though--I think she's a 2??

Marinda

Probably the sage one could, and the brown one would.
Black one would probably be too snug in the shoulders, and its also really long!

As for the gowns, the brownish one wouldn't if she's a two. The pattern was an 8 and I had a whole lot of problems trying to take it in all over the place and still keep the lines. It is by no means snug on me. I could probably still take it in an inch or two. A four or six could probably wear it, but I don't think a two. Also I make almost all of my skirt floor length with my heels, and I think the skirt would be rather long.
As for the green, with the lacing in the back it possibly could be drawn in, but keep in mind again the skirt length.
When I make something full length for myself I make it to hit the floor at 5' 10". Cause I'm 5' 8" and I have 2 1/2" heeled boots I wear.
*little laugh* No one can accuse me of being immodest! In garb I could be swathed by 10 - 15 yards of fabric, and can be double that if I've got a cloak. *little laugh* A good modest irish lass!

But of course you could always hem them.
Its always really hard to find patterns for us smaller sizes. I almost always have to take patterns in. Rarely I will find a pattern that goes down to size 4. Even then sometimes I still have to take them in.

Gyspy blouses would probably fit her, although I don't see her in mid drift peasant blouses.
I have other peasant blouses but I'm not giving them away at this time, trying to hold onto them for whenever I can get my site going again.

I agree the black would probaly be too snug in the shoulders, hehe I am under no dillusions on how big mine are. The sage looks really nice. Did I ever mention green is my favorite color?

If you are going to claim dibs, please call dibs on it.
Otherwise Dave just might snatch up everything. ;)

Email me your mailing address and I'll send it your way. Do you think you could reimburse me for the shipping costs?

DD, if I've ever said anything about those pics that made you think I was teasing you, I apologize. It was certainly never my intent. All I remember saying is I wish I had such a nice, flat tummy like you do so that I could wear things like that.

Kim calls dibs on brown dress, and which cloak, I'm assuming the black one since that is more of a ladies cloak.

As for the blouses, in size small I have a blue broadcloth gypsy blouse with cap sleeves, and a black broadcloth one with black chiffon cap sleeves. And a medium black broadcloth one with black chiffon cap sleeves.
These are like a mid drift showing peasant blouse. There is an elastic collarline, and elastic at the bottom under the bustline. If you want I can email pics, but forgive me if I prefer not to post them here.

And Dave,
Basically whatever's left send to you and your lovely wifey, right?
I've got that long sleeve gypsy blouse set aside for her. I have your addy, so all good there.

Did I miss anyone or dib calling?

The Medium sized black shirt would be wonderful, I don't think pictures are required. Yes, I would like the black cloak, and if the brown one is still there, I would like to call that one for my boyfriend, Ultraczar, he needs a cloak of his own and would work perfectly (if it is still available :) ). I'll e-mail you my shipping address as well as working out payment for shipping and stuff, just let me know what kind of payment method you can accept (paypal, personal check, money order, ect.).

Thank you so much for your offers of wonderful garb, I think you have always done a great job! I miss your website :'(

Okay I do believe everything has been claimed

Marinda:
Sage Cloak.

Kim:
Brown dress, black cloak, medium black gypsy Blouse. Sorry sending brown to Dave.

Dave:
Brown cloak, green gown, and remaining gyspy blouses. I'll tuck a cloak in your package to make sure your wife gets one. After all you were the first one to contact me about these. Don't want you to feel you got the short end of the post. And there is that blue long sleeve peasant blouse I'm tucking in. So she should have a few(3 to be precise) different blouses for dancing.

Thank You All for opening your homes for the garb. By the by, my closet thanks you too! ;)
