The VIG package has one unannounced benefit: We have a troubleshooter who works with us to smooth issues. Also, the VIGs booked rooms a couple weeks ago when their badges went on sale.

Also, we get cookies!!

Just booked @ Marriot downtown. (right across from TD) Have room for someone if they want 2 split the room. Room reserved wed - sat.

I booked the Embassy Suites without any problems (right at noon); MUCH easier than it has been in the past. That said--the prices are getting just ridiculous. I suppose that's to be expected.
