Josh M. Offline 9^th Level Supporter Posts: 923	I dunno, after watching the first two episodes I don't think it was terrible. It wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible. That's mostly how I remember the first book... Not terrible, but not great and kind of generic. It only got excellent in subsequent books as more and more detail got shaded in.

I’m liking it so far.

I think the actors for Perrin and Mat are strong.

I’m a little concerned about the actor for rand, or maybe the way they are writing him - he seems flat and a bit of a controlling jerk.

Some of the effects were doctor who level of cheesy - which surprised me given the big budget nature of this.

The settings and landscape are gorgeous.

I think ep 2 and 3 are better than ep 1.
