Our front doors have been installed! There are some minor adjustments still but it’s nice to have them after all this time. The metalworkers did a great job.

The doors are two layers of metal - the first a powder coated chrome the powder coated dark black for the outer layer. The images were cut out of the outer black layer to reveal the images and runes. Doing it this way ensured it would look good for several decades with little to no maintenance. I was impresed at the level of detail their artisans were able to get. We added runes for our family as part of the top as well. This answers the question of what a family of gamers who get the opportunity to build a custom home will do.n Our front doors have been installed! I’m overly excited about it since the door took 3 years and multiple companies to get built.

That is very cool. Just watch out for them tentacles when you open the door!

Next is coming up with a fantsy themed Ring camera/doorbell. I was thinking the eye of Sauron or the eyeball security sensors you see in Star Wars now
