Perhaps if you let people take pictures of the message board on Sunday, when flash photography wouldn't affect gameplay? Or, perhaps you could accept SASE for after GenCon SoCal?

My house is cluttered enough that I wouldn't need the originals, but I could see how people might want something tangible that they can take home. I'd probably keep digital images of them on my computer if available, but I'm not one to own or rent cameras.
