Thank you. It isn't really too difficult actually but I thought the design came out nice.

Ok on Tuesday, August 16 for the full time volunteers when will people start showing up. Well I will showing up on tuesday in Indy at 2pm by greyhound. I usually get to Indy by my gaming group, but since i am going to be a full time volunteer I have to be there early. I just wondering how long I will be waiting for everyone. See everyone there.

Last I heard we don't get the ballroom until after 6. Everyone plan on meeting in the upper lobby at 6 until you hear otherwise from Jeff or Lee.

Todd and I are planning on driving down on Tuesday morning. Not sure what time we'll get there.

I'll be landing at IND at 2:31pm Tuesday, so should probably be to the hotel around 3:15-3:30, after dealing with luggage, a snack, and cab ride. I'll make my way to the upper lobby promptly :-)

Just a question from a full time volunteer -- I am planning on arriving mid afternoon myself, I wanted to get checked in and know my luggage is safe etc as I'm planning on parking a good distance away from the hotel (to save on parking). How will check in work for us? And is there a cell number or anything we will be given in case we get lost?

Jenn will be sending out an information packet for all Tavern volunteers. it will include Cell numbers and contact information for both Jenn and Myself.

For Dungeon volunteers Lee ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) should be sending out information including times, locations and contact information.

Unfortunately, I do not know when these packets will be going out. I know that Jenn and I are already discussing the contents of the Tavern packets, so they should be ready fairly soon. I would guess that they will be going out late July - gives us plenty of prep time to make sure they are accurate, but still give you time to read and familiarize yourself with the information.
