Agreed, The ingredient cost is just too high with the need for UR tokens.

If an Ultra Rare needs to be used in the creation of these legendary weapons it should be non specific URs from any year. Maybe make it "Any Edged UR Weapon." for the sword and dagger.

If an UR needs to be used, your proposal sounds reasonable to me. This would resolve the issue of the URs not being available later on for transmutation.

If there is an UR requirement, I would suggest Asher's Viper Strike Fang only require one UR weapon.

For the dagger and bow, I would suggest a piercing weapon be usable.

Alternatively, it might be more simple to have the requirement for all legendary weapons just be "any UR weapon".

If the +2 Keen Slayer Bow ("Relic") is going to work as a shortbow, I can understand why it needs a +1 Short Bow.

But if it is not, maybe something else?

Requiring this years UR's for transmuting is great, but need the final answer on the items needed. Makes it hard to order PYP's or do your orders without knowing...

That could be holding a lot of people back on their orders

So two Six Packs would get you a healing potion?

I think this transmute is too expensive. Maybe a six pack and 10gp for a transmuted healing potion would be more appropriate.

So the reason we can't use more of the Enchanted Munitions in the bow is because people transformed them into Ammo of Alliteration last year?

I can see that argument, but an increase of a few should not be a killer because there are items in this year's set to make more.

(In a perfect distribution you get 93 Units for Munitions this year - so 3, nearly 4 Enchanted Munitions are possible)

I guess my issue is the 5000gp price tag. Still, in a perfect distribution how much does a person get in a $1K order.

Commons (120 packs x 7 common/pack)/40 different commons = 21 of each common.

Common: 2100gp

Uncommon: 120x2/40 = 6 of each UC

UC: 1080gp

Rare 120x1/40 = 3 of each Rare

Rare: 2400gp

So the total is 5580gp

But as we know it is often impossible to get a perfect distribution and some are blessed with more gold others, not so much. (Last year was a horrid year for gold for myself)

I am just suggesting that if the price is brought down to 4000GP then the odds are pretty good for someone to get enough GP in their $1K to build one.

Perhaps 1 more Munition (so we know in a perfect distribution everyone gets enough), Another Silk, and perhaps add Alchemist Ink or two (for writing up the contract and inscribing the runes). And where is the requisite Philosopher's stone?

Also, I have not seen what the condensed pack looks like. Was it announced elsewhere? Another deciding factor before I spend the money.
