If a +2 viper fang is equipped in main and brawlers horn in off hand than +1 hit/dmg should be added to the horn from my understanding.

That is incorrect for normal TD. Since you get the bonus from your main hand, and it is not a rare, the Enchanter’s Whetstone does not affect it.

In Grind, where each hand is listed separately, you would get the bonus on your offhand only (The Brawler’s Horn)

In your specific instance you should be getting +2 to hit from the Viper Fang and +2 to hit from the Brawler’s Horn effect for a total of +4 to hit. The Whetstone has no effect excepting a grind situation like above.

As Rogue base DEX is 17.
If you add Charming Crown, Charming Earcuff, Charming Ring, Ioun Stone of Charming Cabochon to get bumped to lvl 5 giving you a base DEX of 19.
Add Gloves of the Brute (-2 DEX) and Rod of Seven Parts Segment 6 (+1 DEX) you end up with 18 DEX.
Equip the +3 Throwing Hammer of Smiting (18 DEX required) and it gives a Red Error messaging saying 18 DEX is needed and won't add it to statistics.

In the iphone TD character generator app, when you add either Badge or Medallion of Nobility, it adds +2 to all your resists except Eldritch. I assume that's an error as I didn't think they gave any in-game benefit except he +1 for the 9th level Badge.

The Character Generator apps do not display red error messages. I suspect you are referring the excellent web based Character Creator done by Achirin. The thread for the Character Creator is:

During the 2018 Golden Ticket Run, players received a special medallion that provided an extra slot for players. If the medallion was loaded with the Badge or Medallion of Nobility, it provides a +2 to all resistances except for Eldritch damage, so that is operating correctly. If you do not have one of those GT Medallions, you should leave that slot empty.

If the Badge of Nobility is equipped in a Special slot, it performs normally providing just the +1 AC. The Medallion of Nobility has no in-game function, except as proof of 6th level for Treasure Enhancement, so is not included in the app. (There is a 6th Level option in the Special slots for purposes of Treasure Enhancement)

You add however many you have in the selection process
Tooth of Cavadar (1)
Tooth of Cavadar (2)
etc.

Once you choose one option, the others disappear.

The rare Baton of Focus (2017) is not adding +spell damage. The healing and polymorph damage is there.

Also the Crown of Treasure Finding (2019) is not available as an option when choosing a head slot for the Wizard and Elf Wizard.

Relative to the Baton of Focus, have you downloaded the recent update? That corrects this problem.

Relative to th CoTF, if you have any other treasure enhancers equipped, this option will not appear. It is not allowed with any other T.E. (Ioun Stone Silver Nugget for example)
Otherwise, it is working for me. Are you running Android or IOS?

I always forget the one treasure thing. So that was always working correctly. As for the Baton of Focus, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still isn't working for the rare one. I am on version 6.2.0 on Android.
