I still don't see Ava's +5 Holy Avenger image.

Ring of Sacred Touch image is currently missing for Cleric and Paladin, but is present for other classes.

UPDATE:
My fighter can now see and equip Kilgor's sword as expected, woot!

I think there are two different bugs for the +2 Mug of Battle, one for Monks/Rangers and one for everybody else.

For Monks and Rangers, if two of them are equipped the character gets +2 to all saves. Tokendb states that the net save bonus in this situation should be only +1.

For non-Monk/Ranger characters it looks like the +2 Mug of Battle is adding to characters' melee to hit bonus, even though they are not using it as a weapon. It is even stacking with the bonus of the token actually being used as a weapon. For example, if I equip a druid with just a +2 Mug of Battle and a +2 Dagger, they end up with +4 to hit with the dagger instead of the expected +2 (they have no strength modifier).

As always, great website - thanks for doing this! Two notes, though:
- Charm of Horus is not adding to Spell damage.
- Please add Potion: Dwarven Draught to the Buff list.

-Ioun Stone Opal Prism not adding Healing or Poly Damage

-Charm of Horus not adding Spell Damage

-2x Mugs of Battle are adding total +2 all saves when equipped by Monk and Ranger. Token DB says it should only be +1 total.

-Mug of Battle is adding +2 Melee hit when equipped in offhand on multiple characters (tested Druid and Paladin)

-Bead of the Cleaver not adding +hit and +damage for axes

-Bead of the Third Eye not showing up

VTD Gameplay:

-Seth's Ring of Shadows does not currently grant the ability for a rogue to make a ranged sneak attack.

-charm of shared recovery not healing the full amount for each room even when full party of 10 has it equip.

Typed damage bonuses in main box on VTD screen don't match what is equipped or even what is listed to left under attack bonus types.

Charm of Summer and Charm of Winter are obviously not feeding the display.

Appears Ioun Stone Ruby _ also don't.
