There is no way a magnet can achieve the level of trust needed for a CoA. Especially after this year.

If you were doing a CoA I would have it firmly locked in place.

I would like to say the token will never fall out but there is no way I can guarantee it. However, the magnets are N50 magnets and hold the tokens pretty darn good, in addition to the tokens being sub flush in the holes, they are really secure.

To put that in perspective, N52 magnets are the strongest rare earth magnets available, I opted for N50 magnets due to cost. All of the magnets I bought were special order as the industrial supplier I got them from doesnt stock that size in that grade.

Please exercise caution if you are going to store or carry extremely valuable tokens.

Thank you. I will exercise caution when using it. Maybe a special wizard token like the MEC.

I spoke with some people during gencon this year and I have had some requests to see how I can incorporate the new charm of avarice "non magnetic" token held in a plastic disk thing, into a holder. I have an idea, however seeing as how I don't have one of those fancy newfangled tokens, can someone please give me an accurate measurement of the plastic holder which the token is supposed to remain inside of? I am looking for the diameter of the entire token as well as the thickness. As accurate as possible by reasonable means. The more accurate the measurement, the better fit I can hope to achieve.

Thanks in advance.

Also, a little sneak peak on a custom build I am making for a gentleman who had a really cool idea for a token holder. It is still a work in progress, however it already is looking pretty snazzy.

Just a quick update on some of my works. I am making an array of token holders made from different woods. Purple heart, Oak, Cherry, Wenge, Zebrawood, Padauk. I'm excited to see how the look all done.

Been hard at it, finally got this lot done. They all look beauty! It was a good learning experience with some exotic woods. I enjoy working with most of them, Wenge on the other hand I don't. I don't think I will be offering Wenge as an option moving forward as it would be costly for me to create with it.

The dagger custom token holder turned out really nice as well!

That is the usual problem with Wenge, which is why everyone charges so much for it

Thank you very much for the kind words! Does anyone have any other ideas for cool token holders? The dagger was really cool to make but I am interested in making some other in game items. If any items made (reasonable "carryable" items), the person with the idea would have first dibs to buy if they would like it.

This is a token holder made as requested to hold 10 COA tokens (non-magnetic within the cases). As you can see, I don't have any COA tokens, so I substituted some of my meager collection :P

The token holder can house 10 COA tokens (within cases) as well as 28 regular tokens in my usual token wells.

The Materials are Padauk and Purpleheart. It does not hold closed near as strong as my other token holders (I had worries about where I had to place the magnets and how to deal with the leverage needed to open it, so I used alternative methods) but it still is held closed with magnetism. However it does have a pin to ensure the insert does not slide out while the doors are closed. Just to keep in mind, I do not endorse its ability to take general mishandling such as large falls, throwing, etc. However, with careful handling, it should transport and display your tokens in style.

The COA token cases are a little trickier to remove than the regular tokens, I needed to keep the board as thin as possible to prevent it from getting too thick... But it is still manageable, and they aren't really intended to be removed super frequently.
